Toolyee provides an AI-powered optimization suite for YouTube creators, including tools for generating titles, scripts, hooks, descriptions, and analyzing competitors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time.

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

Toolyee offers free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial months.

To ensure quality service for all users, AI generations are subject to rate limiting and the quotas specified in your chosen plan. Abuse of the API, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass limits will result in immediate account termination.

You retain all rights to the content you generate using Toolyee. The Toolyee platform, including its code, design, and logic, remains the intellectual property of toolyee.com.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Toolyee makes no guarantees regarding the performance of your YouTube channel, including views, subscribers, or revenue, as a result of using our tools.
