01Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the 'Settings' page in the dashboard. We believe in total transparency and make cancellation a one-click process.

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be made once the cancellation is processed.
  • You will retain access to all features associated with your plan until the period expires.
  • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period of a billing cycle after cancellation.

02Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. We want you to be absolutely sure that Toolyee is the right fit for your workflow.

If you are not satisfied with Toolyee within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Renewal payments for existing subscriptions.
  • Accounts where more than 10% of the monthly AI credit quota has been used.
  • Accounts that have been found in violation of our Terms of Service.

To request a refund, please email support@toolyee.com within the 7-day window from your registered email address.

03Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, we initiate the process immediately. We understand that your money is important.

  • Refunds are processed through our secure payment partner, Razorpay.
  • It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank account, UPI, or Card).
  • You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.

04Modification of Policy

Toolyee reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
